Narcissist
Guilt
Hotel Rixos in Truskavets looks from the outside a bit like public housing.
From the inside the hotel manages to be Ukrainian and luxurious at the same time. Rixos is both hotel and sanatorium.
The lady at the front desk offered us a tour of the hotel and the medical facilities that lasted almost two hours. At the end of the tour the lady asked: “When do you want to see the doctor?”
“Let’s have lunch first,” I answered.
The lady answered: “We recommend, first see the doctor, then go into treatment.”
It’s absolutely unfair that I believe that I will leave this hotel with only one kidney. It’s due to my sick fantasy that I have come to the conclusion that human organs are for sale here next to the breakfast room.
Notwithstanding my guilt about my prejudices, I’ll try to avoid seeing the doctor.
Call me a narcissist, but I love both my kidneys.

Not to long ago I was packbacking in a former Eastern European country. Arriving in a small town me and the friend I travelled with found out all hostels, hotels and bed and breakfast were booked full because of a knitting game and some other cultural activities going on. The local tourist information offered us a bed in a rehabilitation clinic. Arriving there I was thinking about Grimm from Alex from Warmerdam and felt guilty about my prejudices as well (fear for kidneys). Soon it appeared I myself was quite a danger for the hospitalised, leaving my backpack on the ground in a hallway. I almost needed my liability insurance, but thank goodness everything went well. The next morning tourists and patients ate their porridge together, nodding kindley to each other.
It was a very interesting experience. It wasn't in Ukrain.
As a narcissist you shouldn't be afraid of bribery by a Ukrainian doctor. My predujice tells me those doctors are rich and that they by too much Ukrainian kitch. That is someting you can avoid.
When does self-defense or self-esteem turn into narcissism?
Defending oneself as well as having a certain amount of self-esteem has everything to do with THE OTHER. The only one narcissus deals with is he himself. The view in the mirror.
I am a bit disappointed in this picture.
Maybe you could leave this hotel as a woman?
who's choosing the fotos?

Were you able to sleep well last night? No nightmares? No nurses entering your room to prepare you for the surgery?
urological problems
How strange that someone with urological problems describe it as narcistic. But I do understand , even though your are a small pain in the ass, a pain in the penis can be quite a problem.
read 'describe it' as 'describes himself'.

Usually I'm responsible for the pictures. I.e. not always. But I'm responsible for the choice of this picture.
