Questions

“What were the questions you didn’t dare to ask me?” the woman asked.

This evening I spoke about Isaak Babel for a neighborhood community in Leidsche Rijn.

I also said something about my embedment with families in Leidsche rijn.

Among other things I mentioned that I didn’t dare to ask all questions I wanted to ask.

A woman who had been my host earlier this week came to the reading and she asked me after the event: “What were the questions you didn’t dare to ask me?”

It must have been my dirty mind but I took it as an invitation.

I said: “I will tell you later, but give my regards to your husband.”

Tonight my bed is in the practice of a child psychologist.

Ask all daring questions, mr. Arnon, they will bring you gold.
Your quest sounds as interesting as an 19th century expedition to an exotic continent.
Arnon
With the end of your stay with the families in Leidsche Rijn in sight have you looked forward or longed to return to your appartement in New York or not?

Now that you are in Holland you might visit "de laatste dagen van Emma Blank" by Alex van Warmerdam. Good movie.

are there any question you feel shy about? do you have any personal tabu? yes is enought as an answer, but I would be happy to know especialy, If you will.
Somehow the idea of Arnon choosing in the future for a life in the suburbs with a wife and child, holds an element of solace to me.
@Arnon
Enjoy this endeavour as much as you can. Remember, it's still an option for you.
How would you feel if someone would ask you the questions that you didn't dare to ask?
Hille
It was quite intense, but I'm still enjoying this endeavor.
Andrea
Of course I have (personal) taboos.

It depends on the person.
