Sweltering day

Today is my godson’s birthday.
He was in born in New York on a sweltering day in 2004.
It’s appropriate to play Leonard Cohen’s “Story of Isaac” for him, although he is more fond of Abba and Madonna.

Hmmm... Madonna. She as well sings a song about Isaac. Of course the lyrics are less pointed. And of course you know.

Congratulations with the birthday of your godson. He looks like a great kid. I hope for him he will continue to listen to ABBA and Madonna for a long time before he starts to listen to Leonard Cohen.
