Addiction

A friend was kind enough to send me some caper berries.
The caper berries are addictive.

Capers are the blossom buttons of the plant 'capparis spinoza'. This is the fruit (berries) of the same plant. It tastes like something between capers and gherkins.
In Dutch we call them kapperbes of appelkappertjes,
in French cornichons de câpres, fruits de câpres, pommes de câpres.
