Border

Hamam

This morning I threw up a couple of times, but I decided to continue traveling and around four p.m. we arrived in Antakya.
Tomorrow I will visit a Hamam in Antakya and on Thursday we will cross the Syrian border.

Why you threw up? Bad food? Or something else? Hope you'll feel better soon!
Now I am going to find out what a Hamam is.

Hopefully hamam will help you to restore the energy. Beterschap!
Its the limoncello again, this time called Turkey cold turkey, but there is a recipe:

Good luck Arnon!
I have never experienced sickness in a foreign country (although once I had diarrhea in Tunisia, but that wasn't so hard to handle). I guess it must be a terrible feeling. When I'm sick or threw up I always feel like the/my world is dying. If I would be abroad at that moment I would go crazy. But I suppose that experienced travelers as Mr. Grunberg can cope with this more easily.
Let's hope it's not dehydration.
You travel by land this time?
Bernard
Yes, it is a road trip.

@Arnon
Thanks.
(Your trip made me think slightly about Peter ten Hoopen’s book 'Trance Caravan'. Sometimes I am a nostalgic).
