Serenity

Excitement

This afternoon I had an appointment with my hairdresser.
It was 90 degrees in New York – I was wearing sandals.
A woman served me iced tea. The hairdresser spoke half French half English with me.
This is what serenity is: 30 minutes with my hairdresser.
It’s sex without the excitement.
