Books, books, books?

Hmmm will he get many books? I can't imagine anything else: a writer will give books, won't he? Six years old, so he can read or he will start learning it. If I can recommend: Schaap met laarsjes from Maritgen Matter.

Why in English? As far as I understood from this blog and from the books from Arnon Grunberg, his mother is Dutch. And although in many primary schools in the Netherlands children start early with learning English, we do have an excellent choice in childrens books written directly in Dutch or translated in Dutch.
