Relationship
Afternoon
This afternoon I arrived in Thessaloníki.
It wasn’t easy to say goodbye to Maud and her family.
(For more information on this project click here.)
Wendela, who helped me organize this project, drove me to Thessaloníki.
Over dinner, she asked me: “What is important for you in a relationship?”
I didn’t have a good answer.

Is there a good answer to that question? Nobody can really judge you but yourself.
I wouldn't know what to answer if I did not get at least 1 hour to elaborate and sometimes I just think: relationships suck.
Ah well maybe I don't have a clue. Like you?
Have a safe trip to Amsterdam. Good night.
Something to write about or something to fight for. Something.

Relationships are the spice of life!! To be a good, I think a relationship must have the right dose of tension, expectation, suffering and joy. The vibe must be good, but not obvious. They require something. They make you suffer a little, but nevertheless they are rewarding enough to justifie the suffering.
Thats the best answer, you can start any type of relationship at any time to find out or be mystified.
Deadline
Arnon, I imagine it could be nice for Julia & Juliane if you'd have a proper answer when visiting Frankfurt on 3 November.
The more relationships I have had, the less I do have an answer on this question. Only when looking back, I realize what different steps I could have made.
Important
The existence of an emergency exit.

Hahahaha
I love your answer!!
I bought a collection of F.S. Fitzgerald's short stories. This morning, before work, I read the introduction and preface. What struck me was that both authors (Publisher and Editor) weren't all that enthusiastic about Fitzgerald. They seemed to be focused on refuting the apparent notion that Fitzgerald's short stories were Hackwork and an impediment for his "serious work".
Before reading this preface and introduction, I didn't know Fitzgerald's short stories were considered to be trash.

I assumed you'd go back to Amsterdam but New York it is. Does it feel good to be home?
