After having indulged myself the last couple of days in Freud I decided to go the movies. Notes on a scandal was still playing.
The screenplay is by Patrick Marber who wrote also the play Closer, which was turned into an excellent movie with the same title.
Notes on a scandal is probably as good as Closer. A fatal mixture of class, desire and taboo. And Judi Dench comes as close to the rituals of loneliness as possible.

It is indeed a good movie, although i thought this "here i am" scene on the streets with all the press wasn't necessary, au contraire.
