Today, I invited an actress (well first I invited an actor but he appeared to have suffered from a terrible food poisoning) to talk to my students about acting. They are supposed to develop an urban game. Some basic understanding of acting should be helpful.
The actress said to my students: “Find the whore within yourself. That’s acting.”
One of the students shouted: “Yes!”
All the different characters are inside us, we just should stop suppressing them. (Temporarily that is.)
