Around via 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon I entered Via Quadronno on 88th Street for a cappuccino.
When I looked up from my book I saw Paolo, who used to be waiter at Sant Ambroeus back in the nineties. He had asked me to invest in the original Via Quadronno on 73rd Street but I decided against it.
I looked at him and immediately I started regretting my decision.
