Cabriolet

Cheap

My “amante” came to visit me.
The visit ended in a hospital.
Two friends of mine were here with a cabriolet.
The roof unfolded and pierced her arm.
(Compared to NY the hospital was so cheap, it was almost embarassing.)

Technical detail
I do not understand. If you say 'pierce', she should have a hole in her arm. Or am I wrong? I hope for her I misunderstood.
