I was having dinner with two friends at Mister Jiu's in San Francisco.
The food and the wine were very good, the sound level was less pleasant but I'm not yet deaf.
At a certain point I grabbed my phone and I said: "Apologies, but I have to order an uber for my girlfriend."
"Is she in San Francisco?" the significant other of my friend said.
"Not really," I answered, "she is in the Netherlands."
"Oh," my friend said, "you are an uber-daddy."
I though about it and then I said: "Yes, I guess, that's what I am."
Then we ordered desserts.
