Talk with my godson about his history test. He had to give definitions of "balance of power", "propaganda", "communism", "fascism" and "propaganda."
"So, let's start," I said, "what's balance of power?"
He answered: "Happiness."
"No," I said.
But then I looked in his book and it said that "balance of power" was a situation where all countries involved were fairly happy and satisfied.
"Okay," I said, "who am I to disagree?"
