Drugs and prostitution are not allowed on the premises, says a sign (are they allowed anywhere else in California) - but the Mustang Motel seems to be nothing but than a place for drugs, racy endeavors and shady transactions. The front desk is a mirror. You don't see the person you are talking to.
I spent an afternoon in the Mustang Motel for a photo shoot, it's a good place to come back to for love and squalor.
