It was the last sentence of an article about Iraq hidden on page 6 of today’s NY Times: “There has been a decrease of attacks involving a particularly lethal type of roadside bomb that American intelligence says is supplied by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.” This is another small but nevertheless telling indication that the US and Iran probably reached some kind of understanding regarding Iraq. And who knows maybe also regarding nuclear weapons.
