Too much

During dinner

During dinner last night the sommelier at Le Ciel Bleu – the restaurant on the top floor of the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam said to us: “I apologize for my behavior but I drink too much.”

alcoholic drunks tend to be able to hide their drunkenness even while working.

Obviously a sommelier likes drinking wines, it is his job. He never drinks during work, it must have been a joke.
