A plan

When business is slow

As is mentioned on this place before, I would love to own a restaurant or a sandwich shop, at least partly.
Tonight I had dinner with two of my waiter-friends. (Most of my friends are waiters.)
Their plan sounded convincing to me.
Sandwiches, soup, lasagna, tiramisu, panne cotta, espresso, wine, beer and salad.
We open at 07:00 and close at 20:00. Take-out is possible. We don’t deliver, but who knows what’s going to happen when business is slow.

I was thinking of opening a restaurant myself. But i haven't got any experience in this branche.

When business is slow, consider a career as a Dutch Writer.

Malika: "Zo iemand heb ik niet, maar er zijn wel een paar auteurs die ik erg bewonder. Auteurs die ik eigenlijk beter niet zou lezen. (lacht) Toen ik Tirza van Grunberg las, was ik zo onder de indruk dat ik een week lang geen letter meer op papier kreeg. Zo mooi. Dan denk ik: stop er gewoon mee..."
