Cheap
Decadence
On Sunday night I dined at restaurant Planea in Göttingen.
The restaurant was almost empty but the food was delicious.
I was especially impressed with a dessert named “apple tree”, which consisted of a small apple tree.
Planea is not cheap, but worth your while. And time has come for a little decadence, hasn’t it?

Has it?
Fine dining is my favorite way of spending money. You would expect shopping from a woman but I just love my food. Some decadence now and then, I can only agree.
Apple tree
That reminds me of the wonderful film 'Adam's apples', from Denmark. Did you ever see that film, Arnon? (You should.)
This reminds me of the two years i worked in germany, having dinner every evening...in another restaurant.
:-)
Is there something you desire as a gift to celebrate your new novel? Decadence is not my strongest , but I can show up in Oudenaarde wearing my latex suit, with my whip of course.
Adam's apples
Coen,
The movie was on (Belgian) television a few weeks ago. Very good.
And at the Toneelhuis (Antwerp) I saw the play last season. Not to be compared with the movie but good aswell.
Arnon
Was it a real bonsai apple tree? With tiny apples? How did it taste? Did you eat the whole tree? Was it crunchy and sweet? Was it baked or cooked? You made me curious.

@Vera M
It seems that I have missed a good movie.
@Mieke
You know, gastronomy is not my kind of decadence, but a (latex suit) Venus with boots… (only in my dreams, of course)
