In my perception Arnon is in the first place an immigrant. In the Netherlands the child of a German- Jewish couple, in the U.S. a writer who writes in Dutch. Am I wrong?I can understand he prefers the anonimity of New York. Something that is hardly possible in Amsterdam - too well known- or he should move to Brussels.
