Dry cleaner
Casino
One of the dry cleaners I use delivers at 5:30 in the morning. Since I don’t live in a doorman building I have to wake up, take the elevator down, hand over the dirty clothes to the laundryman and receive the cleaned and pressed shirts, pants, coats, suits and now and then a dress. (I take care of other people's clothes as well, that's how I am.)
Since six months this dry cleaner has developed the habit to work on clothes for more than seven or eight weeks.
I don’t know how you can dry clean a dress for more than a month, but this dry cleaner is capable of doing it.
The good thing is that it is always a surprise what I get back. It’s like going to the casino.

I dare to bet that on the "1 month cloathing back" cupboard reads "no doorman appartmentbuilding". These are the people that devide humans in two parts. Those with, and those without. A lot of people do it that way. I as well.
(on the side: I really liked François putting stampmarks on his arm in Gstaad, very nicely written.)
As i am planning to run the NYC marathon i train a fair bit and therefore wash a lot of socks Somehow half of them disappear mysterious in the laundry.
Btw will you be there to cheer the slow plodders?
Expensive
And they are expensive too... I don't think I ever owned a raincoat more expensive than $72,50.
I see that they're also specialized in Storage. Maybe that's their marketing. Giving you a free Storage sample.
Yes
Yes, Fashion Award Cleaners is extremely expensive, bu the flipside of hat coin is they don't destroy your clothes.
Most dry cleaners hate clothes with a vengeance that's beyond the imagination of a decent human being.
And Andrea, I'm not going to cheer ny marathon runners. The flip side of that coin is that I myself don't expect to be cheered on by ny marathon runners.
Havnt you watched Seinfeld? There wearing your clothes. Funny, i was walking near times square the other day and caught a glimpse of one of your infamous shirts. They mustve been out and about for the day!
