Time

Advantage

A night at café Le Coq in Brussels. The wodka was decent, the crowd a tad younger than in 2002 when I first visited Le Coq, I was in excellent company. We didn't discuss politics. After midnight, a young man, son of a friend of mine, fell almost asleep. Before that he had told me: "The advantage of living without love is that you have more time for other things. At least that's what I'm trying to tell myself."
