Yes, when one route is closed, migrants quickly find a new one.

This is true for drugs, for migrants, for prostitution.

Outlawing doesn't stop the demand. But people who ridicule the belief in God believe that governments can stop fundamental demands and desires of citizens. Now that's absurd.
