Kitchen

Glass

A bizarre evening in restaurant The Oyster Bar in Amsterdam.
The restaurant was almost empty. I don't mind. If the food is okay and the service is not too rude I adore almost empty restaurants.
The waiter didn't seem to know what calvados is. When a colleague of him finally poured us three glasses of calvados we got so much calvados that we could fill a wine glass with it.
And around 11 P.M. a stream of youngsters appeared from the kitchen as if as the kitchen of this restaurant was secretly a youth club.
No complaints, a pleasant evening altogether.
