May 4, Remembrance of the Dead. I went at 8 p.m. for the two minutes of silence to the Rubensstraat where the German Jew and resistance fighter Gerhard Badrian was shot. About ten people were present. I believe that Hans Keilson wrote about Badrian in "The Death of the Adversary", at least used him as a source of inspiration.
