One of my favorite cocktail bars in NYC is the Campbell Apartment.
I used to order a Bellini at the Campbell Apartment - tradition is tradition - but the other night a haughty waitress said: "No, we don't serve Bellini's."
"Really?'
"I can serve you champagne," she answered, but she made it sound as if I didn't deserve it.
