Watching movies
Lack of interest
This morning I left the base that cannot be named in a country that cannot be named for a hotel in a city nearby.
I got my passport back; I had no more reason to stay on this base.
And I have to say that I didn’t like this base very much. Leaving it really felt like regaining my liberty.
On Camp Taji I slept in a closet, but I did sleep well in that closet, the people were friendly and I have fond memories of an evening of poker.
On this last military camp the guy working for the “media transit team” was doing two things: watching movies or playing cards on his computer.
He did mind his own business, which is the good thing.
But I could not help thinking of a very friendly sergeant in Camp Taji who had sent me a mail to thank me for my time. She expressed the hope that my articles will inform readers on “a war that most feel should be ‘canceled due to lack of interest’”.

Yes, the media and the public are bored by Iraq, but how about the interests of big investors? (OK, I should make my own investigations).

I told you already: there are plenty of business opportunities. In Iraq.
Apart from the war, how was Iraq as a country?

You mean the nature? I would say Afghanistan is more beautiful. Forgive me for asking but what is your gender?
On the web I stumbled upon a picture of you and you very much looked like a woman. But maybe you were in disguise.

I'm still a man. I've still got my foreskin. And I only dress up as a woman on command or with the help of Adobe Photoshop. You might have run into some femalish pictures of me. I hope that didn't startle you or offend you in any way.

As a woman you were fairly attractive.
Please don't think that I google you on a regular basis. But I was looking something up on facebook and there it was: Dens as a woman.

to be honest:
I've checked your facebook, but found no photograph of you as a woman. (maybe I wasn't looking good). Now I don't know whether you're attractive as a woman or not. What I do know is that I have an inexplicable attraction towards redhead men and women.
@Monica
And redheads who became already grey? Maybe? Please… ? Thank you, nevertheless for honoring our race.
Red hair
@ Jan:
my previous/current/ex lover (confusing at present) is much older than I, and he has brown hair turning in to grey (perhaps because of me).
So, don't you worry, it is all relative.
But he had curled hair (in addition to red hair very attractive).
@ Monica
I have a weakness for red pubic hair.
I like my red hair as well. I cut it this morning. My roommates thought it looked like I had cancer, so I cut it some more.
I did found one grey hair in it. When J. Thys spoke out of his greyness I remembered, but I didn't know this morning that redheads could become grey.
I checked facebook myself and couldn't find any attractive female pictures of myself. Maybe you were actually looking at a woman in a picture, mr. Arnon.
I once had a Brian Molko period and I applied some make-up (photoshopwise) while I had a real-life Molko hairdo. I was fairly attractive in that photo, but that isn't on facebook.
