Birthday
Today I returned my uniform. My days as a train steward are over, at least for the moment.
In Cannes my godson celebrated his birthday. He got a fishing net for his birthday. That was his biggest wish. I’m not sure why he is so much interested in a fishing net, but I hope that I will find out in the near future.

This might just be the advent of Generation Fishing net, but probably not.
If he is granted his biggest wish, that has already made the difference for the little boy.
I had a fishingnet for my birthday once. Those were the days I still believed I could catch somthing. Unfortunately I didn't. Although I must admit I didn't put much effort in catching.
I was as lazy as I am now.

Well, in your 18 July entry, you mentioned "a piece I wrote for the magazine" of the NZZ. The weekly (bi-weekly in the somer months) NZZ magazine is called Z-magazin.Sandy
I believe NZZ has also a monthly magazine hasn't it?Arnon
NZZ has a lot of magazines it appears. For some strange reason I assumed you were talking about Z-magazin. Now I assume you were talking about NZZ folio (which is monthly). Am I assuming correctly?[ Add comment ]
