Son-in-law
Paradise
“My son-in-law cannot wait to bury me,” my mother said.
“How do you know?” I answered. “I mean he has never buried you before. Why do you think he is so eager to bury you?”
“I can feel it,” she said. “And I don’t want to be buried. I’m not in a hurry to be shoveled under the ground.”
“I see,” I said. “Well, maybe you should tell him this. Maybe you should tell him that you are not in a hurry to go to paradise.”
“Yes,” my mother said. “Maybe that's what I should do. But what’s going on with you in New York? How is the weather?”

How provocative do you think yourself "The Jewish Messiah" is? Too provocative to be transleted into German or Hebrew?
What did your mother do to him ,it must be something awful.
Yes, she better tells him. Maybe he can wait to bury her. So, how is the weather?
Most old people I know constantly say "I want to be dead. What am I doing here still?"
When I first met Laura's ninety-three year old blind grandmother, the first thing she said was: "Don't believe what they say about old age. It's terrible". She also repeatedly advised Laura to kill herself before she hits eighty.

At least Laura's grandmother is not suffering from dementia.
I had a nasty thought about being blind and suffering from Alzheimer's. I thought of constantly searching for the light switch.

The picture looks familiar. Is this the old Jewish cemetery in Prague?
Yes, and how are you, I am fine, because that is the most important.

Are you the son in law in question?
@Coen
No, I am the other one. The one who is not eager to bury a mother.

I don't think your brother in law is eager to bury his mother.
