Garrison Keillor writes in today’s Herald Tribune: “Great men probably shouldn’t have children, so keep that in mind if you are young and wildly brilliant: Use a condom.”

It’s not for me to decide whether I’m a great man. And I’m not sure if I’m still young and wildly brilliant, but to be on the safe side I’ll use a condom.
