Day nine in the mental institution – another creative therapy session: I made a few drawings – if that’s the right word – with texts like “I like to be in control” and “Control me!” and “I’m ashamed of not being in control”.
Afterwards the therapist engaged me in a serious discussion. The longer I’m here the more I’m convinced that leaving prematurely would be a huge mistake.
