Tonight I went to the opera to see Béjart Ballet Lausanne.
It was my first introduction to the work of Maurice Béjart.
I especially liked the third piece called “Dialogue de l’ombre double” on music by Pierre Boulez.
On of the attractions of this piece was a moving lion, which reminded for a moment of Lars von Trier’s “Antichrist”.
I appreciated Béjart’s choreografy more than Lars von Trier’s movie.
