Wonderful

Song

Last night, I went to a nightclub; well a rundown bar would have been a better description. A bouncer charged 50 euros a person for entrance and one free drink. My free drink consisted of truly undrinkable white wine.
Every visitor could get a tambourine to play with, there was a band singing Italian songs, the lead singer was mediocre, the rest of the band was probably mediocre as well.
A middle-aged Italian man tried to seduce his wife with a tambourine. I saw four prostitutes, but on closer inspection it turned out that the four ladies were respectable members of the Italian and Russian upper middle class in designer dresses.
A wonderful evening, if I may say so.
