Over lunch at the Maritim in Frankfurt one of my French publishers, Gilles Cohen Solal, suggested the title for a new book: “Two Jews in Afghanistan”.
But then he said: “No, I have a better title, ‘Two Jews and a baby in Afghanistan’.”
