Press conference

‘At a press conference on Tuesday - notably located at an American-run monitoring site in southern Israel, alongside envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, and not in Jerusalem alongside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu - Trump's second-in-command only further put the onus on Hamas while attempting to encourage a broader view of international efforts.
"We are in a very good place," said Vance. "Every time that there's an act of violence, there's this inclination to say, 'oh, this is the end of the cease-fire.'"
"It's not the end. It is, in fact, exactly how it's going to have to happen when you have people who hate each other," he added, followed by Kushner who lamented that "people are getting a little hysterical as both sides are transitioning from two years of very intense warfare."’

‘He also repeated Trump's admission that there is no hard timeline for Hamas' disarmament nor is there any intention to put American boots on the ground should Hamas fail to disarm.
Judging by the rhetoric from the press conference alone, one could safely assume that the White House's concerns lay strictly with Hamas rather than Netanyahu acting as the spoiler to Trump's grand ambitions for world peace.
Cracks of daylight emerged, however, concerning any third-party country's military presence on Israel's borders, especially if it comes from a country like Turkey, already playing a significant role on Israel's northern border with Syria and only set to further increase its foothold on Israel's surrounding areas.
"We're not going to force anything on our Israeli friends when it comes to foreign troops on their soil. But we do think that there's a constructive role for the Turks to play," said Vance. "And frankly, they've already played a very constructive role."’

‘The White House may be publicly granting Israel a veil of diplomatic cover in the initial post cease-fire days; should Netanyahu take any similarly brazen actions, Israel may once again find itself on the outside of Trump's favor.’

The Turks are coming to Gaza?

And yes, Netanyahu is on a leash. The ceasefire will more or less hold as long as Trump is not distracted or bored with it.

The Ottoman empire is not yet back in power, but attempts are being made.

Just one question: what happened to Blair?
