On Friday morning I went to the Dzogchen Community Merigar West, about ten minutes by car from Arcidosso.
I would say that Merigar West is a Buddhist temple -- at 10 a.m. sharp this morning the teachings by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu started.
A brief summarization: almost everything is an illusion -- well, not everything is an illusion. Stop being attached; first and foremost stop being attached to your emotions.
Don’t worry about the past – don’t worry about the future.
It’s a thin line between being amoral and being enlightened. If you are enlightened enough you will discover that morality is just another illusion.
