Asparagus

To the left you see my audience last night at Lehmanns Bookstore in Leipzig.
After the reading two ladies were waiting for me for some more Q&A, these ladies turned out to be a psychologist and a dentist.
Since the representative of the bookstore didn’t feel like even offering me a glass of wine, I invited the two ladies for wine. (And asparagus.)
We spoke about the GDR, teeth, books and the USA.
This week I’ll be doing a reading tour in Germany (see: calendar) and I’ll give all the bookstores where I read a mark on a scale from 1 to 10.
Lehmanns Bookstore, Leipzig is going to get a 6.
I hesitated between a 5 and a 6, but given the weather I decided for a 6. I’m a lenient person after all.
