To my surprise the first two hotels we tried in Oryol were fully booked, but the third hotel, hotel Orel, had rooms for us.
Every floor is overseen by an elderly lady who takes care of the floor as if this part of the hotel is her baby. She sits near the elevator and she keeps track of all the guests and their needs.
And over dinner we listened to Vysotski.
