"You left some champagne last night," the waiter said. "Shall I pour it now or later?"
"Later," I answered. 'When we'll get our dessert."
Around dessert time it turned out that we left a bit more than half a bottle of champagne.
We drank it with our dessert till the last drop.
There is something to be said for a hotel where you get the booze that you couldn't finish the day before.
