In honor of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of The Netherlands from its occupiers during WWII, Arnon Grunberg has been asked to give the 4th of May commemoration speech. The CNPB has published the address in a dual publication with a collection of poems on freedom.

On the 4th of May, the speech will be held in the Nieuwe Kerk, Amsterdam, without public in attendance, but it will be broadcast live on NOS during the ceremony from 19:00.
