Today, my godson and his mother visited Disneyland Paris. My godson loved it.
I was reminded of the spring of 1994. My first novel had just been published in the Netherlands. A Dutch newspaper had asked me whether I was interested in writing for them – they wanted to start with something light.
For some reason we decided that I was going to write about a visit of the band “2 Unlimited” to Disneyland Paris.
The newspaper published my piece.
It seems so long ago.
