Txikito on 9th Avenue is one of the most thrilling restaurants I have been to lately.
The cuisine is Basque, the service is informal but charming and the food is simply delightful. The cod was amazing and so was the octopus carpaccio; the Russian salad was a bit rich, but then again Russian salad is not a typically Basque dish I assume.
If love goes through the stomach Txikito is the best seducer I have seen in the last two years.
