Around 11 PM I got hungry and I thought of eating a sandwich at ‘inoteca on Rivington Street. I had never been there, but I heard good things about it.
But then I read this comment on the Internet: “I watched a rat run out of the kitchen. Period.” Probably, many kitchens in NYC are infested with rats but I want the rats to stay inside the kitchen. I don’t want the rats running in and out of the kitchen. Perhaps this was slightly unfair to ‘inoteca, but I decided to stay home.
