This evening I took my godson and his mother to the play “Warhorse”. I had expected something slightly cheesy, but the play was a pleasant surprise. The horses were truly amazing, and although the play was a bit too much for my godson (he sat on the edge of his chair and he said, “don’t do it,” when the main horse was about to get killed) he enjoyed the show.
Some people prefer horses to human beings, and this play makes a convincing case that these people might be right.
