The steward on the train from Amsterdam to Frankfurt on the Main was an extremely polite young man. I assumed that he was Polish, but I didn’t want to ask too personal questions.
The food he served was delightful and when I asked him “could you give me a receipt?” he answered: “I could give you receipts from other guests as well, just tell me how many receipts you need.”
