On my flight from Dubai to Amsterdam I sat next to a young man from Indonesia who’s working in Dubai. Together with a friend he was going to Amsterdam and Paris for a short vacation.
“How’s life in Dubai?” I asked.
“So-so,” he said, “do you know if it’s easy to find a job in the Netherlands?”
