On Monday night we went to a restaurant called Coco Jambo; six MSF-workers and I. Around 7 PM the first main dish arrived and then shortly after eight the last person got his main dish. Well, it’s Coco Jambo.
Christina, a Canadian midwife, wanted to go there to taste the spring roll of Coco Jambo on a last day in Congo.
But that night there weren’t any spring rolls left in Coco Jambo.
It almost made her cry. There is so much tragedy in Congo.
