Tonight, the food was again very good, I ate cod, and the staff was courteous as ever. A lovely maître d’ said: “This summer I will move to New York.” And a waiter told me: “I will say this in French, you don’t mind do you?” “Not at all,” I answered, “please talk French to me, please do.”
