Table

Gesture

Tonight I was having dinner at Ngam on Third Avenue, my beloved one was in the mood for Thai food.
A lady was looking at us, she was having dinner with two other women and a man.
After a while she came to our table and she said: "I just want to introduce myself, I'm the owner of this place, is everything to your liking?"
Then she returned to her own table.
"She mistakenly believes that we are food critics," I said.
"No," my beloved one answered, "I couldn't stop staring at her table, that's why she came over."
"That doesn't make sense. But it's not that important, we appreciated her gesture, that's what counts."
