Overheard on the late KLM-flight from Vienna to Amsterdam.
Flight attendant talking to a couple: “Amsterdam is your final destination?”
Man: “No we are flying tomorrow morning to Aruba.”
Flight attendant: “You couldn’t have taken the early flight from Vienna to Amsterdam?”
Man: “We didn’t want to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning. It’s our honeymoon.”
Flight attendant: “That’s wonderful.”
Man: “We got married yesterday.”
Flight attendant: “July 1, that’s such a special date to get married. It’s a special date for me at least, July 1. How was the catering?”
Woman: “Our guests liked the food, they found it yummy. There were 180 people.”
Flight attendant: “180 people. You must have so many friends. And how long are you going to stay in Aruba?”
Man: “Ten days.”
Flight attendant: “Enjoy. You will like Aruba. I’m so happy for you.”
